Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить зеленую гречку с кефиром. Жирность кефира выбирайте по вкусу. В качестве подсластителя я использую заменитель сахар эритрит, но его можно заменить сахаром или сладким сиропом. Каша отлично сочетается с кефиром, а для разнообразия вы можете добавить в неё любые фрукты, орешки или ягоды.
