Благодаря своей не совсем обычной технологии приготовления, запечённый картофель по этому рецепту получается невероятно вкусным. Сверху образуется румяная корочка, а внутри картошечка мягкая как пюре.

Приготовить запечённый картофель "Отмороженный" можно и к повседневному, и к любому праздничному столу. Картофель прекрасно подойдёт и в качестве самостоятельного блюда, и в качестве гарнира к рыбе, птице или мясу. Готовится эта аппетитная картошечка проще простого, а результат превзойдёт все ваши ожидания. Благодаря маленькой хитрости, картофель получается очень вкусный, а хитрость заключается в том, что перед запеканием корнеплод необходимо подморозить.

Растительное масло — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Запечённый картофель "Отмороженный"»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Картофель очистите, поместите в кастрюлю и залейте водой.
Доведите до кипения и варите на небольшом огне 6-8 минут, после чего воду слейте, а картофелю дайте немного остыть.
Поместите картофель в целлофановый пакет и уберите в морозилку минимум на час.
На противень или в жаропрочную форму налейте масло. Выложите замороженный картофель и переворачивая каждый клубень, покройте его слоем масла. Посолите по вкусу.
Запекайте в духовке при температуре 200 градусов около 30 минут до аппетитной румяной корочки. Один раз картофель необходимо перевернуть.
Запечённый картофель "Отмороженный" готов. Подавайте его самостоятельно с любимыми соусами или в качестве гарнира. Приятного аппетита!
