Кукурузный крахмал — 2 Ст. ложки

Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты.

Куриную печень измельчите в блендере.

К измельченной куриной печени добавьте яйцо, соль и хорошо перемешайте.

Всыпьте кукурузный крахмал и еще раз хорошо перемешайте.

В хорошо разогретой сковороде с оливковым маслом обжарьте оладьи с двух сторон до готовности.
