Описание приготовления:
Вкусный, нежный, почти кремовый картофель получается по этому рецепту. Несмотря на огромное количество соли, сам картофель получается совсем не соленым, а кожура легко отделяется вместе с солью. Соль для приготовления подходит любая, морская среднего помола или поваренная пищевая.

Вода — 500 Грамм

Как приготовить «Картофель "Солёный" по-сиракузски»
Подготовьте необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления блюда. Картофель тщательно промойте под проточной водой чистой губкой для мытья посуды, желательно жесткой стороной. Все клубни должны быть приблизительно одного размера и с целой кожурой.
Выложите картофель в удобную емкость с толстым дном в один слой. Влейте воды столько, чтобы она слегка покрывала клубни.
Всыпьте необходимое количество соли. Поставьте на сильный огонь.
Варите картошку на сильном огне минут 30-35. Сотейник или кастрюлю слегка прикройте крышкой. Готовность проверьте ножом.
Откиньте картофель на дуршлаг и дайте немного подсохнуть соляной корочке.
