ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • 1 кг рыбы (нерка и треска)
  • 1,75 — 2 л. кваса
  • 1 средняя луковица
  • 1 морковь
  • 4 клубня молодого картофеля
  • 2 черешка сельдерея
  • 3 средних огурца
  • ​2 ст. л. каперсов
  • пучок укропа или петрушки
  • 1/2 ст. л. горчицы
  • рассол от каперсов (по вкусу)
  • молотый черный перец
  • соль по вкусу

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Рыбу выпотрошите, очистите, промойте и положите в кастрюлю вместе с луком и морковью. Залейте холодной воды, доведите до кипения, снимите пену и варите на небольшом огне 30 минут. Процедите и остудите.

Удалите из рыбы кости, мякоть разберите на небольшие куски.

В тарелке соберите кубики картофеля, огурца и сельдерея, добавьте каперсы и по несколько кусочков нерки и трески. Добавьте нарезанную зелень укропа или петрушки. Приправьте солью и перцем, залейте квасом. По желанию добавьте рассол от каперсов и хрен или горчицу.
