ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Этапы приготовления торта :
1. Пересыпаем печень в емкость начинаем его раздавливать на более мелкие кусочки, так торт быстрее и лучшее пропитается.
2. Киви очищаем от кожуры, нарезаем его на мелкие кусочки
3. Я добавляю 15 грамм сахара-ванилина и какао , если вы сладкоежка можете добавить больше по своему вкусу, или заменить сахар на мёд так будет намного вкуснее и полезней
4. Тщательно перемащиваем все ингредиенты в одну густую массу, если вам показалось что смесь получилась сухая, смело можем добавить ещё сметаны, ёмкость не забываем обмотать пищевой плёнкой, будет проще извлечь потом торт, всё массу перекалываем в ёмкость похожую на торт, отправляем в холодильник на 2 часа
5. Тем временем пока торт пропитывается , приготовим для его сливки, заливаем 100 грамм сливок от 33% жирности в ёмкость, добавляем 15 грамм сахарной пудры , приступаем всё взбивать течении 5-7 минут.
6. Торт заправляем сливками , украшаем на ваше усмотрения
