Красочную закуску из овощей можно пожарить на электрогриле и подать с различными соусами. Главное — заранее замариновать их в соевом соусе и специях, чтобы нарезки успели вобрать в себя их ароматы.
Описание приготовления:
Запеченные овощи на электрогриле подавайте с различными соусами: сметанным, чесночным, йогуртовым и т.д. Они вкусны как в горячем, так и в холодном виде, их можно взять на работу, в поездку и т.д. Вид овощей выбирайте по своему желанию, главное — они не должны быть слишком сочными, поэтому помидоры исключите.

Как приготовить «Овощи на электрогриле»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Можно использовать разные овощи: кабачки, картофель, баклажаны.
Промойте овощи в воде. С картофеля, моркови и лука срежьте кожуру, промойте их. С кабачков срежьте хвостики и нарежьте все овощи слайсами толщиной не более 0,5 см.
Высыпьте нарезки в глубокую емкость, добавьте туда же соль и молотый черный перец. По желанию можете всыпать измельченный сушеный чеснок или смесь прованских трав.
Влейте соевый соус и растительное масло, аккуратно перемешайте содержимое емкости и оставьте на 1 час для маринования.
Прогрейте гриль и выложите на него все нарезки. Сначала кабачки и картофель, затем морковь и лук. Обжарьте примерно 5-7 минут до мягкости и румяных подпалин.
Готовые кусочки выложите на тарелку, на гриль разместите следующую нарезку и т.д., пока не приготовите все овощи на гриле.
Выложите все овощи нарезки на тарелку и выключите гриль.
Измельчите промытую свежую зелень, присыпьте ей сверху приготовленное блюдо и подайте его к столу теплым. Источник
