ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

авокадо 1 шт.
филе сельди 200 г
свежие огурцы (небольшие) 1 шт.
красный сладкий перец 0.5 шт.
зелёный лук (стебель) 3 шт.
консервированный зелёный горошек 5 ст.л.
оливки чёрные без косточек 10 шт.
горчичное масло 3 ст.л.
лимонный сок 2 ст.л.
соль по вкусу
свежемолотый чёрный перец по вкусу

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Филе сельди нарезать тонкими полосками.

Шаг 2

Сладкий перец вымыть, обсушить. Очистить от семян и перегородок, нарезать мелкими кубиками.

Шаг 3

Огурец помыть, обсушить бумажным полотенцем, нарезать мелкими кубиками.

Шаг 4

Зелёный лук помыть, обсушить, мелко нарезать.

Шаг 5

Консервированный зелёный горошек положить на сито, чтобы стёк сок.

Оливки нарезать колечками.

Шаг 7

Авокадо помыть, обсушить. Очистить от кожуры, разрезать пополам, вынуть косточку. Нарезать авокадо небольшими кусочками.

Шаг 8

Выложить нарезанное авокадо в чашку, полить лимонным соком, перемешать.

Шаг 9

Добавить остальные нарезанные овощи, горошек, лук, немного посолить, поперчить. Добавить масло и перемешать.

Шаг 10

Выложить салат в тарелку. По кругу выложить полоски селедки. Салат готов, можно подавать на праздничный стол.

Также можно разложить салат в несколько небольших салатников. Приятного аппетита!

Полезный совет

Можно взять готовое филе сельди кусочками, но я люблю больше филе из целой рыбы. Её нужно почистить, удалить кожу и кости. Взять половину селёдки и нарезать кусочками.

Я очень люблю горчичное масло, часто использую его в салатах. Вы можете взять для заправки любое масло по вашему вкусу.
