Вкусный и нежный паштет из печени, который станет прекрасной альтернативой для быстрого завтрака или перекуса в течение дня.

Описание приготовления:

С салом паштет получается намного сочнее и вкуснее. Сало надо брать свежее, не соленое и предварительно сняв с него шкурку. Сам рецепт на самом деле довольно прост и приготовить паштет из печени с салом очень легко в домашних условиях. Печень можно использовать свиную или говяжью, у меня сегодня вариант с куриной печенью.

Мясо / Субпродукты / Печень / Сало

Ингредиенты:

Печень — 450 Грамм (у меня куриная)
Сало — 70 Грамм (свежее)
Морковь — 1-2 Штук
Лук — 1-2 Штук
Мускатный орех — 3 Щепотки
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу

Количество порций: 8-10

Как приготовить «Паштет из печени и сала»

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Сало (без шкурки) нарежьте кубиками и выложите на сухую сковороду.

Вытопите жир на небольшом огне.

Добавьте нарезанные произвольно лук и морковь.

Обжарьте все вместе до мягкости овощей.

Затем добавьте нарезанную кусочками печень.

Обжарьте периодически помешивая на сильном огне 5 минут, затем огонь убавьте, накройте сковороду крышкой и тушите еще 5-7 минут. В конце добавьте соль и специи по вкусу.

Измельчите содержимое сковороды блендером или при помощи мясорубки. Готовый паштет из печени с салом охладите в холодильнике, а затем его можно подавать к столу.
