Пеленгас с картофелем в духовке — отличное блюдо, вкусное, сытное, простое и полезное. При этом абсолютно постное и диетическое. Готовится быстро, а если вы купите уже потрошенную и очищенную рыбу, то все приготовления займут минут 20, не считая времени запекания в духовке. В этом блюде трудно определить, что вкуснее: рыба или овощи, которые пропитываются бульоном и ароматом пеленгаса.

Картофель — 3-4 Штук
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука (крупный)
Морковь — 1 Штука
Подсолнечное масло — 20 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Пеленгас с картофелем в духовке»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления пеленгаса в духовке с картофелем.
Картофель очистите, помойте и нарежьте пластинами толщиной 0,5-0,6 см. Выложите в форму для запекания, смазанную подсолнечным маслом.
Морковь очистите, помойте и нарежьте тонкими кружками. Выложите на картофель.
Репчатый лук очистите, помойте и нарежьте полукольцами. Распределите на моркови с картошкой.
Овощи посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
Пеленгас очистите, удалите голову, плавники, внутренности и черную пленку в брюшке. Хорошо помойте рыбу. Посолите по вкусу внутри и снаружи, можно добавить специи для рыбы. Выложите на овощи в форму для запекания.
Накройте фольгой форму с пеленгасом и картофелем. Отправьте в духовку на 35-40 минут. После снимите фольгу и дайте рыбе немного подрумянится.
