В чаше мультиварки разогрейте растительное масло, добавьте нарезанный четверть кольцами лук и мелко нарезанную морковь. Обжаривайте в режиме "Выпечка" в течение 10 минут, периодически помешивая.
Когда овощи станут мягкими, добавьте нарезанный мелкими кубиками помидор и обжаривайте в течение 5-7 минут. Помешивайте.
Пикшу нарежьте порционно. Посолите, приправьте по вкусу смесью перцев и обваляйте в муке.
Когда овощи станут мягкими, режим "Выпечка" выключите. На овощную массу распределите обваленную в муке рыбу.
Полстакана сметаны доведите теплой водой до полного. Влейте в чашу мультиварки с рыбой и овощами. Включите режим "Выпечка" на 35 минут, закройте крышкой.
За 10 минут до готовности добавьте мелко нарезанный укроп и лаврушку, дождитесь окончания режима.
Готовую пикшу падайте горячей с любым гарниром.
