Пирожное «Картошка» из нута

Экспериментируя со сладостями для своей семьи, однажды я попробовала сделать пирожное из нута. К моему удивлению, получилось очень похоже на вкусное и знаменитое пирожное "Картошка". Пробуйте!

Описание приготовления:

Пирожное "Картошка" из нута обязательно понравится всем, вы даже не поймете что в составе нут, я вас уверяю. Выходит нежная и очень шелковистая гладкая масса, которая хорошо лепится. Сахар заменяем финиками, добавим орехи и какао. Хранить пирожное нужно в холодильнике.

Ингредиенты:

Нут вареный — 400 Грамм (или консервированный)
Финики — 120 Грамм
Орехи грецкие — 100 Грамм
Какао — 40 Грамм

Финики очистите от косточек, помимо грецких орехов можете использовать любые другие.

Готовый нут прокрутите на самой мелкой решетке.

Следом пропустите на мясорубке финики и орехи.

Добавьте сюда же какао-порошок.

Тщательно перемешайте ингредиенты между собой, растирая их ложкой или вилкой.

Сформируйте пирожные и посыпьте какао. Поставьте в холодильник на 2 часа. После подавайте к столу.
