Описание приготовления:
Для такой заготовки лучше всего подойдут небольшие, плотные и мясистые помидорки. Не заливайте помидоры кипятком и горячей водой, иначе кожица отойдет от мякоти и заготовка будет испорчена. Зимой из таких помидоров получается прекрасный салат, не хуже, чем из свежих. Заправлять его можно любой заправкой.

Как приготовить «Помидоры стерилизованные на зиму без рассола»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Помидоры тщательно вымойте, а воду вскипятите и остудите.
Банки тщательно вымойте с пищевой содой и простерилизуйте любым удобным для вас способом. Дайте остыть банкам, а крышки прокипятите в течение 10 минут.
Помидоры разрежьте пополам и выложите в банки до плечиков.
Залейте помидоры холодным кипятком до самого верха.
На дно кастрюли выложите чистую ткань и установите банки, чтобы они не касались друг друга. Залейте в кастрюлю чуть теплую воду, чтобы она доходила до плечиков банки. Накройте банки крышками и доведите воду до кипения на медленном огне. После закипания стерилизуйте банки, поллитровые — 10-12 минут, Банки 0.7-1 литра — по 15-17 минут. Сразу достаньте банки, закатайте и переверните вверх дном. Оставьте в перевернутом состоянии, не накрывая до полного остывания.
