Мука 125 Граммов
Дрожжи сухие 7 Граммов

Как приготовить:

  1. Нагрейте в кастрюле 150 мл молока, не доводя до кипения. Снимите с огня, растопите в молоке 50 г сливочного масла, немного остудите.

  2. Смешайте в большой миске 125 г муки, 50 г сахара, 7 г сухих дрожжей, 1 яйцо, влейте молоко с маслом, замесите тесто и вымешивайте 10 минут.Накройте пленкой и оставьте подходить на 1,5 часа.

  3. Раскатайте тесто до толщины в 1 см. Вырежите формочкой 8–10 кружков диаметром 8 см, в центре каждого сделайте отверстие 2 см и слегка расширьте его. Уложите пончики на выстеленный пергаментом противень на расстоянии 3 см. Оставьте подходить на 20 минут.

  4. Пожарьте пончики в кипящем масле до золотистого цвета с обеих сторон, затем посыпьте сахаром.
