ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

сахар 150 г
мука 120 г
масло сливочное 50 г
мука 480 г
разрыхлитель 1 ч.л.
масло сливочное 250 г
соль 1/2 ч.л.
кефир 250 г

Штрейзель : масло перетереть руками с сахаром и мукой в мелкую крошку. Убрать в холодильник пока готовим тесто

Шаг 2

Муку перемешать с солью и разрыхлителем. Натереть в муку на крупной терке замороженное сливочное масло. Перемешать с мукой масло. Добавить по немногую холодный кефир, постепенно замешивая тесто. Тесто разделить на 6 частей и убрать на 30 минут в холодильник.

Шаг 3

Раскатать каждую порцию теста тонко ( 2 мм приблизительно ). Сверху выложить штрейзель. И так все слои. Последний слой посыпать обычным сахаром. Нарезать на ромбы или квадраты. Выложить на пергаментную бумагу. Выпекать 20 минут при 180 градусах.
