Приготовить фрикадельки с кабачками можно даже к детскому столу. На гарнир подойдет картофельное пюре, макароны и различные крупы. Блюдо вкусное и сытное, непременно понравится всем!

Ингредиенты:
Кабачок — 200 Грамм
Фарш — 400 Грамм
Лук — 1 Штука
Томатная паста — 1,5 Ст. ложки
Сметана — 3 Ст. ложки
Мука — 1 Ст. ложка
Вода — 1-2 Стаканов
Сахар — 1 Чайная ложка
Батон — 40 Грамм
Молоко — 150 Миллилитров
Растительное масло — 3 Ст. ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Специи — По вкусу
Количество порций: 8-10
Как приготовить «Фрикадельки с кабачками»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
У батона срежьте корку, раскрошите мякиш руками, залейте молоком.
Кабачок натрите на мелкой терке и хорошо отожмите.
В глубокой миске соедините фарш, отжатый батон, кабачок и тертый на крупной терке лук. Добавьте соль по вкусу и любимые специи.
Все хорошо перемешайте.
Сформируйте из фарша фрикадельки.
Обжарьте фрикадельки на сильном огне с двух сторон до румяной корочки.
Переложите фрикадельки в кастрюлю.
В отдельной глубокой миске соедините сметану, томатную пасту, сахар и муку. Все перемешайте и частями добавьте горячую воду (количество воды зависит от желаемого количества соуса). Посолите подливу по вкусу и вылейте в кастрюлю с фрикадельками. Накройте крышкой и на небольшом огне тушите фрикадельки около 20 минут.
