Маринованный нут — простая, но очень вкусная закуска. Его можно добавлять в салаты, либо подавать как гарнир. На вкус он слегка остренький, пряный и очень хорошо насыщает.

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить маринованный нут. Чтобы ускорить процесс приготовления, можно взять консервированный нут. Для больше остроты вы можете добавить свежий острый перец чили. Яблочный уксус можно заменить на белый винный или белый бальзамический. Маринованный нут прекрасно подойдет для постного меню или веганского питания.
Тщательно промойте нут, залейте чистой водой и отварите до мягкости. Это займет примерно 45 минут. По желанию при варке можно добавить лавровый лист для аромата. Затем слейте воду и остудите вареный нут.
Для маринада смешайте оливковое масло и яблочный уксус, добавьте все специи, соль и черный молотый перец. Перемешайте.
В глубокой миске соедините нут, мелко порубленный зеленый лук и маринад. Все перемешайте и уберите в холодильник минимум на 4 часа мариноваться.
