Раннюю капусту не так часто используют для заготовок, но она получается очень вкусной в маринованном виде и хорошо хранится. Капуста получается ароматной, сочной и хрустящей.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить раннюю капусту на зиму. По желанию в маринад можно добавить семена кориандра и укропа. Капусту можно подавать как закуску-салат, полив растительным маслом. Очень вкусно будет сочетаться с отварным картофелем или гречкой.

  • Капуста белокочанная  — 500 Грамм
  • Морковь  — 1-2 Штук
  • Вода  — 800 Миллилитров
  • Сахар  — 1,5 Ст. ложки
  • Соль  — 1,5 Ст. ложки
  • Уксус 9%  — 1,5 Ст. ложки
  • Перец черный горошком  — 4-5 Штук
  • Гвоздика  — 3 Штуки
  • Лавровый лист  — 2 Штуки
