Описание приготовления:
Рис для этого рецепта подходит любой белый, но только не шлифованный, поскольку готовое блюдо должно получиться с мягкой кремовой консистенцией. При желании вы можете добавить в рецепт зеленый горошек, кукурузу или болгарский перец для аромата.

Свинина — 400 Грамм
Рис — 200 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь по-корейски — 100 Грамм
Масло растительное — 3 Ст. ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу
Количество порций: 2-3
Как приготовить «Рис со свининой и морковью по-корейски на сковороде»
Разогрейте в сковороде растительное масло, выложите в него нарезанную тонкой соломкой свинину, жарьте ее на умеренном огне минут 20. При необходимости подливайте воду.
Добавьте к свинине нарезанный мелким кубиком репчатый лук, жарьте еще минут 5.
Тщательно промойте рис, переложите его в сковороду, перемешайте и обжарьте вместе со свининой около минуты.
Влейте теплой воды из чайника столько, чтобы она хорошо покрывала содержимое сковороды. Аккуратно перемешайте, сразу же посолите и поперчите, всыпьте немного любимой приправы для риса, если любите.
Корейскую морковь слегка порубите ножом, переложите в сковороду, еще раз перемешайте, доведите до кипения. Как только вода в сковороде закипит, сделайте огонь самым тихим, готовьте рис со свининой под плотно закрытой крышкой около 20 минут. За это время вода должна полностью выкипеть.
Аккуратно перемешайте содержимое сковороды, разложите рис со свининой по порциям и сразу же подавайте к столу. Приятного аппетита! Источник
