Предлагаю приготовить пирог с капустой, но для теста использовать не пшеничную муку, а ржаную. Пирог готовится быстро. Его можно отнести к разряду блюд на скорую руку. Берите рецепт на заметку!
Описание приготовления:
Ржаной пирог с капустой получается мягким, рассыпчатым и сытным. Поэтому его лучше подавать слегка теплым к овощному салату.

Ингредиенты:
Кефир — 150 Миллилитров
Сметана — 50 Грамм (25% жирности)
Масло растительное — 50 Миллилитров (в начинку, 2 ст.л. — в тесто)
Соль — 0,5 Чайных ложки
Сахар — 1 Чайная ложка
Мука ржаная — 1 Стакан (стакан объемом 200 мл.)
Капуста белокочанная — 350-400 Грамм
Яйца — 4 Грамма (2 шт. — в тесто, 2 шт. — в начинку)
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Зелень — По вкусу (по желанию)
Тмин — По вкусу (по желанию)
Разрыхлитель для теста — 10 Грамм
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Ржаной пирог с капустой»
Подготовьте необходимые ингредиенты.
Отварите яйца. Капусту и лук нарежьте соломкой или произвольно. Переложите в жаровню. Добавьте растительное масло. Обжарьте на среднем огне до готовности. Охладите.
Просейте в чашу ржаную муку, добавьте разрыхлитель для теста.
Перемешайте тесто. Если венчиком трудно замешивается, перемешайте ложкой. Тесто получается вязкое.
В охлажденную капусту добавьте измельченные произвольно яйца, зелень по вкусу. Посолите и перемешайте.
Возьмите форму для выпечки. Смажьте ее обильно сливочным маслом. Выложите 1/2 часть полученного теста. Распределите по форме. Чтобы тесто хорошо распределялось, смачивайте ложку в холодной воде.
На тесто выложите начинку.
Сверху распределите вторую половину теста. По желанию, присыпьте тмином. Поставьте пирог выпекаться в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 30-35 минут. По истечении времени выключите духовку, оставьте пирог в ней с закрытой дверцей еще на 15 минут.
После пирог можно достать из духовки и сервировать на стол.
