Даже обычную манку можно приготовить оригинально! Предлагаю вам попробовать несладкую жареную манку. Она получается очень вкусной, ароматной, а текстура напоминает мелкую икру.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить жареную манную кашу. Из специй также можно добавить паприку, сушёные томаты или порошок карри. Вместо воды такую манку можно готовить на бульоне, например, грибном или овощном.

Ингредиенты:

Манная крупа — 3 Ст. ложки
Вода — 300 Миллилитров
Соль — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Черный молотый перец — 1/4 Чайных ложки
Чеснок сушеный — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Сушеные итальянские травы — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Масло растительное — 1 Чайная ложка

Разогрейте сухую сковороду на сильном огне. Добавьте манку и убавьте температуру до средней.

Обжаривайте крупу до золотистого цвета, периодически помешивая.

Затем добавьте все специи.

Влейте в сковороду горячую воду. Готовьте кашу около 5-6 минут, пока она полностью не впитает воду и не загустеет.

Заправьте кашу растительным маслом и перемешайте.
