Конфитюр из вишни, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

вишня – 1 кг
сахар – 800 г

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Подготовьте вишню. Прежде всего, вымойте плоды и обсушите, разложив на бумажном полотенце. Удалите косточки с помощью специального устройства, острого ножа или шпильки.

Шаг 2

Переложите подготовленную вишню в широкую миску или сотейник. Разомните плоды толкушкой или пробейте погружным блендером. Поставьте на средний огонь и доведите до кипения. Периодически снимая пену ложкой, варите на слабом огне 20 минут.

Добавьте сахар и перемешайте. Снова доведите до кипения. Варите на слабом огне около 20 минут, также периодически снимая пену ложкой. Вишневая масса должна загустеть.

Шаг 4

Сразу же переложите вишневый конфитюр в сухие стерилизованные банки. Укупорьте их крышками и переверните на сложенное вдвое полотенце. Дайте полностью остыть.

Хозяйке на заметку

Банки для конфитюр из вишни (лучше брать небольшие, емкостью до 300 мл) быстро и легко стерилизуются в микроволновой печи. Просто наполните их водой почти до верха и поместите в устройство на 2 минуты при мощности 700 Вт.

Кстати

Придать конфитюру из вишни еще более интересные ароматические нюансы можно, добавив при варке с сахаром палочки корицы или стручки ванили (их следует удалить перед тем, как раскладывать горячую массу по банкам).
