Описание приготовления:

Рецепт быстрого приготовления вкусного сала пригодится хозяйкам, которые не любят долго стоять у плиты. Хранится сало достаточно долго при низкой температуре. Это отличный сытный перекус на каждый день.

Мясо / Субпродукты / Сало

Ингредиенты:

Сало — 1,5 Килограмма
Вода — 1,5 Литра
Перец черный горошком — 1 Чайная ложка
Лавровый лист — 3-5 Штук
Соль — 150 Грамм

Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты.

Первым делом влейте в сотейник воду, всыпьте в нее соль, добавьте все специи и приправы по списку. Доведите рассол до кипения.

Сало нарежьте крупными кусками.

Переложите сало в закипевший рассол и варите в нем ровно пять минут. Именно поэтому оно и называется "Пятиминутка".

Готовое сало разложите по стерильным банкам, залейте рассолом, закрутите стерильными крышками. Укутайте банки махровыми полотенцами и оставьте до полного остывания.

Сало "Пятиминутка" готово! Храните в холодном и сухом месте.
