Манты — очень вкусное и сытное блюдо, которое можно встретить во многих странах. Вариантов приготовления на сегодняшний день достаточно много. Я хочу предложить приготовить дунганские манты.
Описание приготовления:
Дунгане — это выходцы из Китая, которые в свое время пришли жить в Среднюю Азию. Манты по этому рецепту очень сочные и вкусные, а все благодаря добавлению тыквы в начинку. Если нет баранины, замените ее на любое другое мясо с жирком и непременно побалуйте своих близких этим вкуснейшим блюдом!

Ингредиенты:
Баранина — 750 Грамм
Лук — 400 Грамм
Тыква — 300 Грамм
Яйцо — 1 Штука
Растительное масло — 1,5 Ст. ложки
Вода — 250 Миллилитров
Мука — 500-700 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Специи — По вкусу (молотый перец, зира, кориандр, базилик)
Количество порций: 8-10
Как приготовить «Дунганские манты»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Взбейте яйцо с солью. Добавьте воду, растительное масло и взбейте все еще раз.
Частями введите муку. Муки может уйти разное количество, тесто должно быть эластичным и упругим.
Соберите тесто в шар, накройте полотенцем и дайте полежать 20 минут.
Мясо нарежьте мелкими кубиками. Чем мельче получится, тем лучше.
Добавьте нарезанную примерно такими же кубиками тыкву.
Лук максимально мелко нарежьте и добавьте к остальным ингредиентам. Соль и специи добавьте по вкусу.
Хорошо все перемешайте.
От теста отрежьте кусок, раскатайте его колбаской и нарежьте кусочками (размер зависит от желаемого размера готовых мантов). Каждый кусочек обваляйте в муке, раскатайте в форме круга, выложите по центру начинку, и сформируйте манты любым удобным способом.
Выложите манты на смазанную маслом решетку мантоварки и готовьте на пору около 45 минут.
