Вскипятите воду в кастрюле, выложите в нее куски рыбы и нарезанный репчатый лук с морковью. Варите минут 10 на умеренном огне.

Нарежьте картофель небольшим кубиком, добавьте в кастрюлю, варите 5-7 минут.

Рис тщательно промойте, переложите в кастрюлю. После добавления риса на поверхности появится много пены, ее всю нужно собрать. Варите суп еще 10 минут.

Аккуратно извлеките куски рыбы из супа, отделите мякоть от костей и кожи, поломайте ее на мелкие кусочки. Верните горбушу обратно в кастрюлю, долейте воды доверху кастрюли. Посолите и поперчите суп по вкусу, выложите лавровый лист и варите еще 5 минут.

Листики петрушки отделите от стеблей, порубите ее ножом, всыпьте в суп, перемешайте и сразу же выключите плиту. Оставьте суп под крышкой минут на 10 настояться. За это время все вкусы смешаются, а рис хорошо разбухнет и станет максимально мягким.

Готовый суп из горбуши с рисом разлейте по тарелкам и сразу же подавайте к столу. При желании в каждую порцию можно положить ломтик лимона. Приятного аппетита!
