Что же необычного изобрести, чтобы и полезно, и красиво, и на праздничный стол? Делюсь рецептом приготовления фаршированной тыквы с курицей и шпинатом в духовке. Быстро, вкусно и просто!

Описание приготовления:

Итак, для фарширования подойдет любая тыква. Вы можете использовать симпатичные порционные мини-тыковки, плоды побольше, разрезанные на половинки вдоль (типа баттернат) и большие тыковки. Последние с удовольствием займут главное место на новогоднем столе или праздничном семейном ужине. Специи (кроме соли и перца) я не использую, но вы ориентируйтесь на свой вкус. Начнем?

  • Тыква  — 1 Штука (среднего размера)
  • Куриное филе  — 500 Грамм
  • Лук репчатый  — 1 Штука
  • Перец сладкий красный  — 1 Штука
  • Чеснок  — 1 Зубчик
  • Шампиньоны  — 100 Грамм
  • Шпинат  — 150 Грамм
  • Сыр твердый  — 150 Грамм
  • Растительное масло  — 2-3 Ст. ложек
  • Соль  — По вкусу
  • Перец черный молотый  — По вкусу

Подготовьте ингредиенты. Включите духовку на 200 градусов. Приступим!

Тыкву вымойте, разрежьте на две части вдоль, удалите семена и волокнистый край. Посолите, поперчите, смажьте растительным маслом и отправьте в разогретую духовку на 40 минут.
