Если вы обожаете картофель, но придерживаетесь правильного питания, то это не повод себе в нем отказывать! Расскажу, как приготовить диетическое блюдо из картофеля без вреда для фигуры.
Описание приготовления:
Диетологи рекомендуют употреблять вареный или запеченный картофель, чтобы не провоцировать набор лишнего веса. А если дополнить картофель сочными овощами, то получится не только полезное блюдо, но и очень вкусное! Картофель по этому рецепту можно подавать самостоятельно или в качестве гарнира. Будем тушить картофель в духовке, но можно аналогично приготовить его и на любой сковороде с толстым дном. Овощи смело комбинируйте по своему вкусу. Берите рецепт на заметку!

Картофель очистите и нарежьте тонкими кружочками. Примерно 2/3 выложите в жаропрочную форму. Посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
Лук нарежьте мелкими кубиками, а морковь натрите на терке. Выложите овощи поверх картофеля. Посолите.
Сверху распределите оставшийся картофель.
Помидор обдайте кипятком, снимите шкурку и натрите на терке. Полейте овощи мякотью помидора, посыпьте измельченным чесноком. Добавьте воду, накройте форму фольгой и готовьте в духовке при температуре 190 градусов около 30 минут. Я ориентируюсь по готовности картофеля.
