Свиная рулька тушеная с картофелем в томатном соусе

Картофель нарежьте на кусочки, залейте водой, чуть посолите, отварите до готовности минут 15-17.

Слейте воду в которой варился картофель, влейте немного молока, протрите толкушкой в пюре.

Сосиски разрежьте пополам, затем надрежьте каждую половинку, и вставьте зубочистку как показано на фото.

Выстелите противень фольгой, выложите на нее сосиски в виде звезды.

Заполните звезду из сосисок картофельным пюре, разровняйте внешней стороной столовой ложки.

Посыпьте звезду тертым твердым сыром, отправьте в разогретую духовку минут на 7-10 под верхний гриль.

Аккуратно переложите звезду на плоскую тарелку и уже потом удалите зубочистки. Подавайте с любимым соусом и напитком. Приятного аппетита!
