Очень вкусное и питательное блюдо, которое имеет прямое отношение к узбекской кухне. По своей сути чем-то напоминает плов, но технологически, и по вкусу от него отличается.
Описание приготовления:
Маш сочетается практически с любыми продуктами: мясом, крупами, овощами, соусами, морепродуктами и т.д. Его жарят, варят, тушат, проращивают и едят в сыром виде. Сегодня хочу поделиться рецептом, как приготовить кашу с машем, рисом и овощами. Блюдо относится к узбекской кухне и получается не только сытное, но и очень вкусное! Непременно попробуйте!

Ингредиенты:
Мясо — 400 Грамм (говядина, баранина или постная свинина)
Лук — 2 Штуки
Маш — 100 Грамм
Рис — 200 Грамм
Растительное масло — 70 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Специи — По вкусу (молотый перец, зира, кориандр)
Количество порций: 6-8
Как приготовить «Каша с машем, рисом и мясом»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Рис и маш промойте и залейте водой.
Мясо нарежьте небольшими кусочками.
Обжарьте мясо в сковороде с добавлением соли и специй до появления легкой румяной корочки.
Добавьте нарезанный перьями лук (одну луковицу оставьте для подачи) и жарьте мясо с луком еще около 5 минут.
Добавьте воду, чтобы она покрывала мясо на 2-3 мм. выше уровня и всыпьте промытый маш. Тушите под крышкой на небольшом огне 40 минут, по необходимости помешивая и подливая воду.
Зернышки маша должны набухнуть и начать лопаться.
На данном этапе добавьте промытый рис.
Долейте воду, чтобы она была выше риса на 1 см., накройте сковороду крышкой и готовьте до тех пор, пока рис не сварится.
Каша с машем, рисом и мясом готова.
Перед подачей в отдельной сковороде обжарьте оставшийся лук.
Готовое блюдо выкладываем на тарелку, сверху добавляем поджаренный лук и подаем с зеленью и свежими овощами. Приятного аппетита!
