Ингредиенты:
Вода — 2 Литра
Нут — 1 Стакан (объем моего стакана 250 мл.)
Фарш свино-говяжий — 400 Грамм
Картофель — 3 Штуки
Лук — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Зелень — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный — По вкусу
Количество порций: 8
Как приготовить «Суп с нутом и фрикадельками»
Подготовьте ингредиенты. Нут заранее замочите в холодной воде на 3-4 часа, а лучше на ночь, я так и сделала, оставила его на всю ночь в холодной воде, в таком случае горох сварится очень быстро.
Промойте нут, залейте чистой холодной водой и доведите до кипения, варите 20 минут.
За это время подготовьте овощи: очистите лук, картофель, морковь. Порежьте мелко половину лука для супа, а половину оставьте для фарша. Порежьте картофель, морковь.
Добавьте овощи в суп и варите 15 минут.
Мясной фарш соедините с нарезанным мелко луком и чесноком. Добавьте соль и перец по вкусу. Перемешайте очень хорошо фарш.
Сформируйте фрикадельки. Набирайте по чайной ложке и скатывайте шарики.
Добавьте в суп фрикадельки и варите 15 минут. Если фрикадельки куриные, то достаточно 10 минут.
Заправьте суп рубленой зеленью (у меня укроп и петрушка), и снимите суп с огня. Дайте настояться немного и подавайте к столу.
