ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • говядина 1 кг
  • картофель 6 шт.
  • лук репчатый 5 шт.
  • кинза 30 г
  • перец болгарский 3 шт.
  • перец острый стручковый 1 шт.
  • помидоры 500 г
  • масло растительное рафинированное 2 ст.л.
  • масло сливочное 60 г
  • куркума 1 ч.л.
  • кориандр 1 ч.л.
  • перец молотый красный жгучий по вкусу
  • соль по вкусу

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Мясо и репчатый лук пропускаем через мясорубку. Солим и перчим по вкусу.
Нарезаем мелко зелень кинзы и отправляем в фарш. Тщательно перемешиваем.

Шаг 2

Формируем котлеты и жарим в сковороде на растительном масле без запаха с каждой стороны до образования золотистой корочки.

Закрываем казан крышкой и готовим на слабом огне 1 (один) час.
