В постные дни можно приготовить вкусные блины, которые не уступят своим вкусом обычным, приготовленным с использованием молочных продуктов и яиц. Для основы блинов можно использовать тыквенное пюре.
Описание приготовления:
Тыквенные блины при выпечке могут немного вздуваться. Пусть вас это не пугает, после выпечки, они принимают обычный вид и получаются тоненькими. Такие блины хорошо фаршировать грибной начинкой, но и с мёдом или вареньем они тоже сочетаются.

Ингредиенты:
Тыква — 220 Грамм
Вода — По вкусу (исходя из количества пюре)
Дрожжи — 5 Грамм (сухие)
Сахар — 1,5 Ст. ложки
Соль — 1/4 Чайных ложки
Мука пшеничная — 140-160 Грамм
Масло растительное — 2 Ст. ложки
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Постные тыквенные блины»
Подготовьте необходимые ингредиенты.
Тыкву очистите от кожуры, нарежьте на средние кусочки. Переложите в сотейник. Залейте тыкву водой так, чтобы она её покрывала. Отварите до готовности.
Готовую тыкву снимите с огня. Охладите до слегка теплого состояния. Пробейте погружным блендером в пюре.
Полученное пюре переложите в чашу и долейте тёплой воды до 550 мл.
Добавьте сахар, дрожжи. Перемешайте.
Добавьте соль, муку. Тщательно перемешайте, чтобы не было комочков. Оставьте на 30 минут при комнатной температуре.
По истечении времени добавьте растительное масло. Перемешайте. Тесто готово.
Разогрейте хорошо сковороду. Промажьте её обильно растительным маслом. Сделайте умеренный огонь. Влейте порцию теста. Быстро распределите его по сковороде в небольшой блинчик. Выпекайте пока верх не покроется тонкой плёночкой. Раньше этого блинчик вы перевернуть не сможете.
Переверните блин на другую строну и обжарьте его с другой стороны. Перед следующим блинчиком, смажьте сковороду тонким слоем масла. Важно, чтобы она была раскаленной и промасленной!
Готовые блины складывайте стопочкой. К столу подавайте горячими.
