Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить плов из маша с шампиньонами. Из овощей в плов также можно добавить цукини и сладкий перец, а из специй молотый кориандр, острый перец и зиру.

Маш предварительно замочите на 4-6 часов. Слейте воду, промойте маш и тщательно переберите от бобов, которые остались твёрдыми и не впитали воду.
Морковь помойте, очистите и нарежьте брусочками. Обжарьте в растительном масле до золотистого цвета.
Репчатый лук нарежьте на маленькие кубики и добавьте к моркови. Жарьте пару минут до мягкости.
Шампиньоны помойте, нарежьте пластинами, чеснок очистите и мелко порубите. Добавьте их к овощной зажарке и готовьте 4-5 минут.
Затем добавьте подготовленный маш, соль и перец.
Влейте горячую воду так, чтобы она покрывала на 2 см. выше маш. Готовьте плов на средне-низкой температуре около 30-35 минут, под крышкой. Вода должна полностью впитаться, а маш стать мягким.
