Компот из нектаринов на зиму, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

нектарины – 1,5 кг
сахар – 500 г
вода – 2 л

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Подготовьте банки для компота из нектаринов. Понадобится две трехлитровые банки и крышки. Тщательно вымойте их содой, а затем простерилизуйте любым удобным для вас способом.

Шаг 2

Нектарины тщательно вымойте под проточной водой, а затем обсушите полотенцем. Выложите их в банки. Они должны быть заполненными чуть больше, чем наполовину.

Шаг 3

В кастрюлю влейте воду и доведите ее до кипения. Чтобы банки не лопнули, подложите по каждую лезвие ножа. Затем разлейте кипяток по банкам. Накройте крышками и оставьте на 15 минут.

Аккуратно слейте воды из банок обратно в кастрюлю и еще раз доведите до кипения. Затем вновь разлейте ее по банкам. Накройте крышками и оставьте на 15 минут.

Шаг 5

Верните воду в кастрюлю, всыпьте сахар и доведите до кипения. Варите не небольшом огне около 5 минут. Сахар должен полностью раствориться.

Шаг 6

Залейте фрукты последний раз горячим сиропом и закатайте банки крышками. Переверните емкости с компотом и укутайте. Пусть они остынут в условиях паровой бани.

Хозяйке на заметку

При варке компота из нектаринов на зиму обратите внимание на воду, которую вы используете. Не стоит готовить заготовку на водопроводной воде. Лучше купить бутилированную, либо наливать родниковую или фильтрованную.

Кстати

Хранить заготовки с компотом из нектаринов желательно в прохладном месте. Обратите внимание, что компот с косточками нужно выпить до истечении 12 месяцев. Косточки выделяют синильную кислоту и постепенно насыщают им напиток. Чем дольше стоит компот, тем больше в нем концентрация опасного вещества.
