Самое быстрое в приготовлении блюдо из тыквы — тыквенное пюре. Его можно подать с запеченным, обжаренным или отварным мясом, колбасными изделиями, курицей и т.д.
Описание приготовления:
Многие ошибочно считают, что из тыквы готовятся только сладкие блюда. Сделайте тыквенное пюре и насладитесь вкусом этого сочного и ароматного гарнира, поданного к столу теплым. Оно идеально сочетается даже с сырами любых сортов, а особенно — с расплавленной брынзой или рикоттой. Детям такое блюдо разрешено с 1 года.

Кусочек тыквы очистите от кожуры, удалите семена. Нарежьте тыквенную мякоть крупными или средними кубиками.
Выложите нарезку в казан или ковш с антипригарным покрытием, кастрюлю. Всыпьте соль. По желанию можете добавить и другие специи, пряности.
Влейте горячую воду и поместите емкость на плиту, включая умеренный нагрев. Отварите кусочки овоща примерно 15-20 минут до мягкости.
Затем нагрев выключите, слейте отвар тыквы в чашку и отпюрируйте содержимое емкости прессом для отварного картофеля. Если пюре будет получаться слишком густым, подлейте в массу тыквенный отвар из чашки. В самом конце влейте растительное масло. Без масла витамин А, содержащийся в оранжевых овощах и фруктах, не усвоится организмом.
Выложите приготовленное пюре на тарелки, украсьте по своему вкусу и подайте к столу. Источник
