Делюсь необычным рецептом мороженого из огурца. Актуальный вариант для лета! На вкус оно получается очень свежим, охлаждающим и сочным, по консистенции ближе к сорбету или фруктовому льду.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить огуречное мороженое. Огурцы выбирайте молодые, перед приготовлением проверьте, чтобы они не горчили. Количество сахара выбирайте на свой вкус, сок лайма можно заменить на лимонный. Готовится десерт очень просто, без мороженицы, но потребуется время на застывание.
