Ароматный карп с золотистой корочкой может стать украшением праздничного стола или посиделок с родными в будни. Готовится блюдо на овощной "подушке", при подаче вы можете добавить немного зелени.

Золотистая запеченная рыба с сочной мякотью — идеальное блюдо для обеда или ужина. Выбирайте карпа с не мутными глазами и бордовыми либо темно-красными жабрами, не стесняясь нюхать рыбу при покупке.

Карп — 2 Килограмма
Помидор — 5-6 Штук
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Масло растительное — 2 Ст. ложки
Соль — 4 Щепотки
Перец черный молотый — 3 Щепотки

Как приготовить «Карп запеченный с помидорами и луком»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Рыбу очистите от чешуи, внутренностей, вспоров брюшко. Тщательно промойте внутри и снаружи, удаляя черную пленку внутри.
Очистите лук от шелухи и промойте в воде вместе с помидорами. Из помидоров вырежьте зеленые сердцевинки. Нарежьте овощи кольцами. Смажьте 1 ст.л. растительного масла противень или форму и разложите на нем овощные нарезки.
Оставшееся масло смешайте с солью и молотым черным перцем. Натрите рыбу внутри и снаружи. Оставьте на 10-15 минут. По желанию можно добавить приправу для рыбы или другие специи. Затем выложите карпа на овощную "подушку" и отправьте в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 40-50 минут.
Обязательно следите за поверхностью рыбы и за овощами, чтобы они не подгорели. Если потребуется, уменьшите нагрев и томите рыбку еще 10 минут.
Готового запеченного карпа аккуратно выложите на доску или тарелку, если он поместится. А на него выложите запеченные овощи и украсьте свежей зеленью. Подайте к столу горячим. Источник
