ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • молоко 150 мл
  • мука 125 г
  • яйцо 1 шт.
  • сахар 30 г
  • сливочное масло 25 г
  • разрыхлитель 1/2 ч.л.
  • сода 1/4 ч.л.
  • лимонный сок 1/4 ч.л.
  • соль 1 щепотка(и)

В глубокую тару добавить молоко, сливочное масло, яйцо, сахар, соль.
Все хорошо перемешать.

Шаг 2

В муку добавить разрыхлитель, перемешать. Переложить муку с разрыхлителем в глубокую тару. Лимонным соком загасить соду, добавить к остальным ингредиентам. Все хорошо перемешать.

Шаг 3

Дать тесту отдохнуть 10 минут. Перелить его в кулинарный мешок.
Сковороду поставить на малый огонь.

Шаг 4

При помощи кулинарного мешка на сковороде сформировать мини панкейки.
Когда на панкейках появятся пузырьки, надо перевернуть их на другую сторону. Жарить еще 20-30 секунд и убрать со сковороды.
Повторять, пока не закончится тесто.
Мини панкейки готовы!
