Листы лазаньи — 200 Грамм
Кабачок — 2 Штуки (среднего размера)
Баклажан — 1 Штука (среднего размера)
Лук — 1-2 Штук
Болгарский перец — 1 Штука
Перец чили — 1/2 -1 Штуки
Чеснок — 4 Зубчика
Лавровый лист — 1 Штука
Томаты — 1 Банка (в собственном соку)
Сыр — 25 Грамм
Мука пшеничная — 50 Грамм
Молоко — 700 Миллилитров
Масло сливочное — 25 Грамм
Розмарин — По вкусу
Орегано — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Овощная лазанья от Джейми Оливера»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Разогрейте духовку до 200 градусов.
Баклажан помойте, нарежьте кубиками. Присыпьте солью и дайте немного постоять. Затем сполосните холодной водой и обсушите с помощью бумажных полотенец.
Болгарский перец и чили разрежьте, очистите от семян. Нарежьте соломкой. Репчатый лук нарежьте полукольцами, 2 зубчика чеснока очистите и мелко порубите. Кабачок нарежьте кубиками.
Соедините овощи вместе, посолите и поперчите по вкусу. Добавьте розмарин и орегано, сбрызнете оливковым маслом. Запекайте овощи 25-30 минут.
Для соуса бешамель вскипятите молоко. Добавьте лавровый лист и 1 зубчик чеснока. Посолите и поперчите по вкусу. Затем в другой кастрюле растопите сливочное масло. Постепенно начните всыпать муку, постоянно помешивая. Затем влейте горячее молоко. Варите соус несколько минут, пока он не загустеет. Постоянно помешивая.
Для томатного соуса обжарьте чеснок. Добавьте томаты в собственном соку и уваривайте соус, пока он не загустеет. Примерно 15-20 минут. Периодически помешивайте.
На дно формы выложите 1/3 овощей. Полейте их 1/3 части томатного соуса и 1/4 соуса бешамель.
Сверху выложите листы лазаньи.
Снова выложите овощи, а сверху оба соуса.
Верхний слой должен быть из соусов. Натрите сыр и присыпьте. Запекайте лазанью в разогретой духовке 40-45 минут.
