Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить тушеную савойскую капусту. Во время приготовления можно добавить немного воды, чтобы капуста оставалась сочной. По желанию в блюдо можно добавить репчатый лук и морковь. Тушеную савойскую капусту можно подавать и как гарнир, и как самостоятельное блюдо. Особенно удачно она сочетается со сметаной и другими белыми соусами.

Разогрейте сковороду на среднем огне с растительным маслом. Обжарьте капусту 5 минут, чтобы она немного осела и смягчилась.
Добавьте лимонный сок, соль, черный молотый перец, сушеные итальянские травы и измельченный чеснок. Перемешайте. Потушите капусту 10-12 минут, пока она не станет мягкой.
В конце добавьте мелко порубленную зелень, перемешайте и снимите с плиты.
