Салат из жареных помидоров — очень вкусный и сытный салат в стиле итальянской кухни. Салат или закуску желательно подавать к столу горячим. Это вкусное, яркое и ароматное блюдо довольно сильно отличается от обычного салата из помидоров, а в дополнении с сыром "Моцарелла" и бальзамическим соусом делает его вкус намного интереснее и пикантнее. Закуска отлично подойдет в качестве дополнения к мясу, рыбе, а также к любому другому гарниру на ваш вкус.

Помидоры — 3-4 Штук
Сыр "Моцарелла" — 125 Грамм
Базилик свежий — 1 Штука (веточка)
Чеснок — 2-3 Зубчиков
Масло оливковое — 2-3 Ст. ложек
Сушеный орегано — 1 Чайная ложка
Бальзамический соус — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Количество порций: 2-3
Как приготовить «Салат из жареных помидоров»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Помидоры выберите мясистые, не слишком мягкие, чтобы они сохранили форму при обжаривании.
В сковороде нагрейте оливковое масло, добавьте чеснок и орегано, жарьте 30 секунд.
Помидоры промойте, обсушите и нарежьте как вам больше нравится. Можно нарезать дольками или кружочками, как у меня.
Сыр «Моцарелла» достаньте из сыворотки и нарежьте небольшим кубиком.
В сковороду к чесноку и орегано добавьте нарезанные томаты и жарьте с двух сторон по минутке. Посолите и поперчите.
На тарелку переложите жареные помидоры, рядом выложите сыр. Поверх помидоров, по желанию, выложите нарезанный свежий базилик и полейте все бальзамическим соусом. Посолите и поперчите по вкусу. Приятного аппетита! Источник
