Подготовить продукты.

Шаг 2

Картофель натереть на терке тонкими слайсами. Посолить, добавить молотый чеснок и растительное масло. Перемешать.

Шаг 3

Свежую рыбу выпотрошить, удалив кишки и жабры. Промыть и просушить бумажным полотенцем. С одной стороны снять кожу вместе с чешуей. На другой стороне кожу оставить, очистив ее от чешуи. Рыбу посолить и сбрызнуть растительным маслом. В брюшко вложить веточки розмарина.

Шаг 4

Рыбу, стороной с кожей вниз, переложить на противень, застеленный пергаментной бумагой. На сторону без кожи выложить картофельные слайсы, имитируя рисунок рыбной чешуи.
Сбрызнуть сверху растительным маслом и отправить в разогретую до 200 градусов духовку, запекаться на 30 минут. Для более румяного картофельного слоя подключить гриль на 5 минут.
