Клафути с бананом

Для завтрака выходного дня предлагаю приготовить клафути с бананом. Это вкусный десерт французского происхождения. Ароматный, с насыщенным банановым вкусом придется многим по вкусу. Делюсь рецептом!

Описание приготовления:

Указанного количества ингредиентов хватает на 6 формочек. Формочки лучше не заполнять до самого верха Во время запекания масса заметно увеличивается и может переливаться через края. После извлечения из духовки, клафути опадает. Десерт лучше всего подавать слегка теплым.

Ингредиенты:

Бананы — 2 Штуки
Молоко — 300 Миллилитров
Сахар — 5-6 Ст. ложек
Сливочное масло — 40 Грамм (30 грамм — для десерта, 10 грамм — для смазки форм)
Яйца — 3 Штуки
Соль — 1 Щепотка
Мука пшеничная — 80 Грамм
Ванилин — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Клафути с бананом»

Подготовьте необходимые ингредиенты.

30 грамм сливочного масла растопите на среднем огне. Добавьте 3 ст.л. сахара. Перемешайте.

Бананы нарежьте кусочками толщиной 0,5 см.

Продолжая нагревать сахар с маслом, помешивайте, следите чтобы сахар не пригорал. Подержите на огне около 4 минут.

Добавьте нарезанные бананы.

Прогревайте в течение 2-3 минут на слабом огне, периодически аккуратно помешивая. После снимите с огня.

Керамические формы для запекания смажьте сливочным маслом. Распределите бананы.

Сделайте заливку. Для этого слегка подогрейте молоко.

В чаше взбейте яйца с солью в пышную пену. Добавьте 3 ст.л. сахара и еще раз хорошо взбейте.

Добавьте муку. Взбейте еще раз до однородного состояния.

Добавьте теплое молоко. Перемешивая яичную массу, молоко добавляйте по каплям, постепенно увеличивая количество вливаемого молока. По окончании хорошо перемешайте.

Полученной заливкой наполните формы с бананами. Поставьте в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 30-35 минут.

По истечении времени оставьте десерт в выключенной духовке на 5-7 минут. После можно подавать к столу. Приятного аппетита!
