Рецепт овощного салата с брокколи и нутом. Готовится он просто и быстро. Это отличный вариант для обеденного перекуса. Полезный, яркий, хорошо насыщает благодаря орехам и нуту.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить салат из нута и брокколи. Вместо кунжутной пасты можно взять арахисовую без сахара, изюм заменить на сушеную клюкву, а грецкие орехи на миндаль. Брокколи предпочтительнее использовать свежую, а не замороженную.

Брокколи разделите на соцветия и отварите в кипящей подсоленной воде 3-4 минуты. Затем сразу опустите в холодную воду, чтобы остановить процесс варки.
Мелко нарежьте брокколи. Морковь очистите и натрите на терке для моркови по-корейски. Петрушку и грецкие орехи мелко порубите. Консервированный нут промойте, откиньте на сито и дайте стечь жидкости. Изюм промойте, обсушите. Переложите все ингредиенты в глубокую миску.
Для заправки смешайте кунжутную пасту с водой до однородной консистенции. Добавьте лимонный сок, сироп топинамбура, соль, черный молотый перец, измельченный зубчик чеснока и порошок карри.
Заправьте салат и аккуратно перемешайте.
