Пусть вас не отпугивает название этого блюда, ведь вкус у него отличный! Салат получается нежный и очень вкусный, подойдет и для будней, и для любого праздничного стола.
Описание приготовления:
Приготовить салат "Мышиная радость" достаточно просто. Для повседневного обеда или ужина, выложите его слоями в глубокий салатник и вкусное сытное блюдо готово. Ну а если у вас намечается торжество или ждете прихода гостей, то подача в виде кусочка надрезанного сыра сделает его изюминкой вашего стола. Берите рецепт на заметку!

Ингредиенты:
Рыбные консервы — 1 Банка (у меня скумбрия)
Лук — 2 Штуки
Сыр — 150 Грамм
Картофель — 2 Штуки (в мундире)
Яйцо — 5 Штук (вареное)
Растительное масло — 3 Ст. ложки
Майонез — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Количество порций: 8-10
Как приготовить «Салат "Мышиная радость"»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Яйца и картофель отварите заранее, остудите.
Выкладываем салат слоями в виде нарезанного куска сыра. Каждый слой солите по вкусу. Первым слоем выложите тертые на мелкой терке яичные белки (желтки оставьте для украшения).
С консервов слейте жидкость, удалите крупные косточки и хорошо разомните их вилкой. Выложите консервы поверх сыра.
Пришло время для майонеза — смажьте им слои и выложите сверху обжаренный кубиками лук.
Далее выложите тертый на мелкой терке картофель.
Смажьте последний слой майонезом, аккуратно снимите кольцо и затем при помощи ложки, смажьте салат майонезом со всех сторон.
Сейчас пришло время для немного подзабытых желтков. Ими, перетертыми на мелкой терке, мы украсим салат со всех сторон. Салат "Мышиная радость" готов. Дайте настояться салату 2 часа в прохладе и можно подавать его к столу.
К украшению салата можно подключить детей и из сваренных вкрутую куриных или перепелиных яиц смастерить съедобных мышат. Приятного аппетита! Источник
