Описание приготовления:
Приготовить салат «Новогодняя сказка» можно не только к новогоднему, но и к любому другому праздничному столу. Если подготовить все ингредиенты заранее, то приготовить его можно буквально за считанные минуты. Можно просто перемешать салат перед подачей, но я хочу предложить более праздничный вариант — оформим его в виде елочки и создадим настоящую новогоднюю сказку на праздничном столе.

Ингредиенты:
Грудка копченая — 200 Грамм
Грибы маринованные — 150 Грамм (у меня лесные)
Лук — 1 Штука
Картофель — 2 Штуки (сваренный в мундире)
Яйцо — 3 Штуки
Огурец соленый — 2 Штуки
Растительное масло — 2-3 Ст. ложек
Майонез — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Зелень — По вкусу (любая)
Количество порций: 8-10
Как приготовить «Салат "Новогодняя сказка"»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Картофель и яйца желательно отварить заранее и охладить.
Картофель очистите, нарежьте мелкими кубиками и сложите в глубокую миску.
Добавьте нарезанную примерно такими же кубиками копченую грудку.
Лук измельчите и обжарьте на сковороде. Затем добавьте к остальным ингредиентам.
Грибы мелко нарежьте. Грибы можно взять любые маринованные, у меня лесные.
Яйца очистите и нарежьте кубиками.
Аналогично нарежьте соленые огурцы.
Заправьте салат майонезом, добавьте соль по вкусу и все перемешайте.
Теперь выкладываем салат в виде елочки. Я использую вот такое специальное сервировочное блюдо, но можно выложить салат елочкой на любой подходящей по размеру плоской тарелке. Для этого сначала майонезом сделайте контуры, намечая будущую елочку, а затем выложите салат.
Чтобы наша елочка смотрелась правдоподобнее, посыпьте ее измельченной свежей зеленью. Белком от яйца можно имитировать снег, а из овощей вырезать украшения. Салат «Новогодняя сказка" готов. Приятного аппетита! С наступающим Новым годом! Источник
