Подготовить и отварить свеклу и морковь, чтобы оставались еще немного хрустящими. Киноа отварить до готовности. Все охладить. Киноа заправить капелькой масла и нарезанной петрушкой. Свеклу и морковь очистить и нарезать небольшим кубиком. В свеклу добавляем немного масла, сушеную ламинарию, черный перец и бальзамический уксус по вкусу. К моркови добавляем совсем чуть-чуть меда, соль и базилик.

Сыр тоже нарезаем кубиком. Листья салата немного измельчаем.

Для соуса йогурт (или сметану) солим и перчим по вкусу, добавляем мелко нарезанный красный лук и кресс-салат. Перекладываем соус в подготовленную баночку и закрываем. Слоями выкладываем подготовленные продукты для салата в емкость. Свекла, сыр, киноа, морковь, листья салата. Перед употреблением добавляем соус в салат и аккуратно перемешиваем. Вот и все.
