Предлагаю приготовить интересный салат из куриной грудки с капустой и овощами. Пикантный, ароматный и остренький! С заправкой из соевого соуса и лимонного сока, в азиатском стиле.
Описание приготовления:
Главное – не пересушить нежную куриную грудку и тонко нашинковать капусту. Солить такой салат следует с осторожностью, помните о соленом соевом соусе и арахисе.

Куриное филе — 2 Штуки
Капуста белокочанная — 300 Грамм
Морковь — 1 Штука
Лук зеленый — 2 Пучка
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Арахис соленый — 30 Грамм
Молотая паприка — 1 Чайная ложка
Соевый соус — 4 Ст. ложки
Лимонный сок — 2 Ст. ложки
Сахар — 1 Чайная ложка
Масло растительное — 3 Ст. ложки
Кунжут — 3 Ст. ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Салат с куриной грудкой и капустой»
Подготовьте ингредиенты.
Куриное филе замаринуйте в 2 столовых ложках соевого соуса и одной ложке растительного масла на 15-20 минут.
Пока курица маринуется, тонко нашинкуйте капусту, присолите по вкусу, добавьте паприку и хорошо промните до смягчения и окрашивания капусты в розоватый цвет. Поперчите по вкусу.
Добавьте к капусте натертую на корейской терке свежую морковь. Полейте салат оставшимся соевым соусом, лимонным соком, посыпьте сахаром и добавьте ложку растительного масла. Хорошо перемешайте.
Добавьте в салат арахис и нашинкованный зеленый лук. Выжмите прессом чеснок. Еще раз перемешайте.
Куриное филе извлеките из маринада и запанируйте в кунжуте.
Обжарьте на горячей сковороде в оставшейся ложке масла до готовности, аккуратно перевернув в середине приготовления. Готовое филе остудите до теплого состояния.
Выложите салат в середину большого блюда. По краям выложите нарезанное кусочками обжаренное филе. Подавайте сразу, пока курица теплая, так вкуснее.
