Тыквенное пюре имеет довольно приятный вкус и нежную консистенцию, а его витаминный состав более, чем впечатляет. Сегодня хочу рассказать, как приготовить тыкву для грудничка.
Описание приготовления:
Тыква обладает не только хорошей усвояемостью, но и прекрасным вкусом, который очень нравится малышам. Список полезных свойств этого овоща очень обширен и специалисты по детскому питанию рекомендуют непременно включать тыкву в рацион малыша. Нежное, однородное пюре с мягкой консистенцией — идеально подойдет для прикорма грудничка. Тыкву берите небольшую, весом не более 5 кг. Такой плод обладает приятным сладковатым вкусом, а структура у него не очень волокнистая. Недорого, полезно и конечно же очень вкусно! Попробуйте!

Как приготовить «Тыква для грудничка»
Я не стала указывать количество тыквы, берите столько, сколько нужно. Можно приготовить пюре на 2-3 приёма, а можно заготовить большую партию и хранить пюре в пакетах для заморозки в морозилке холодильника.
Тыкву очистите от шкурки, удалите семечки и нарежьте небольшими кусочками.
Переложите тыкву в кастрюлю, залейте холодной водой и отварите до готовности. Просто проткните кусочек тыквы ножом, он должен легко входить — значит готово.
Когда тыква будет готова, слейте воду. Часть отвара можно оставить, чтобы в дальнейшем отрегулировать густоту тыквенного пюре. А если вы хотите получить на выходе густое пюре с бархатистой структурой, то отваренную тыкву рекомендую отжать.
Кусочки тыквы измельчите погружным блендером до пюреобразного состояния. Чтобы улучшить вкусовые качества готового тыквенного пюре, можно добавить в него немного грудного молока или смеси.
