Готовится салат очень просто и быстро, а получается вкусное и полезное блюдо, которым можно заменить один прием пищи. При желании в салат можно добавить сладкий салатный лук и помидоры.

Перец болгарский — 100 Грамм
Моцарелла — 100 Грамм
Латук — 50 Грамм
Оливки — 80 Грамм
Масло растительное — 2 Ст. ложки

Как приготовить «Салат с тунцом и болгарским перцем»
Подготовьте ингредиенты. Перец и латук помойте и обсушите.
Латук порвите руками, выложите на плоское блюдо.
Откройте банку с консервированным тунцом, хорошенько отожмите сок, разложите рыбу по всему латуку. Моцареллу нарежьте кружочками, выложите на тунец.
Болгарский перец почистите от семечек, удалите плодоножку, нарежьте ломтиками или кубиком, добавьте в салат. Посыпьте все маслинами или оливками.
Перед самой подачей салат слегка посолите и поперчите по вкусу, сбрызните любимым растительным маслом. При желании можно немного полить лимонным соком, если любите его сочетание с рыбой.
